Hitherto for works contract services relating to repairs, maintenance, reconditioning etc and for completion, finishing services etc abatement of 30% & 40% respectively was provided. The above differential treatment had let to various dispute considering overlapping services. Henceforth the above has been set right by providing 30% abatement in respect of all repairs, maintenance, reconditioning, and restoration /completion and finishing services.
